Search-and-Rescue Phase Over in Haiti

The United Nations says Haiti's government has declared the search-and-rescue phase for survivors of the earthquake over. Rescue workers will now focus on recovery efforts.
The total number of rescues -- people pulled from the rubble alive -- is 132 through today.
